Nick Screen - Senior Consultant

Nick joined Redpoint in September 2006, having attained a First Class Honours Master of Chemistry degree from the University of Oxford.  Since starting, Nick has worked on historic market price analysis, power market price formation, validation of power market models, and research support for investment projects.

As part of his degree he completed a research project in the Physical and Theoretical Chemistry Laboratory, where he modelled fundamental physical processes, analysed experimental data and developed error analysis routines.  Nick completed an internship with British Nuclear Group at Oldbury Power Station, where he worked on chemical, environmental and technical projects.  He produced a model of carbon dioxide usage by the Magnox station, analysed the environmental impact of cooling pond water treatment plant, and developed data recording and reporting applications.
